Welcome to Union Graphics, a proudly women-owned, union printing company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality to campaign teams and political consultants across California and beyond.

Union Graphics was founded by Cindy Molina, the daughter of Cuban immigrants. Cindy fondly recalls riding along with her father as he delivered rags and supplies to union print shops—experiences that sparked a lifelong love for the print industry. Those early memories, rooted in hard work and community, became the foundation of Union Graphics.  

Today, the torch has been passed to Cindy’s daughter, Paige Smith. Like her mother, Paige grew up immersed in the world of printing—spending her childhood in the garage alongside her father and grandfather, learning the ins and outs of the trade. A former Division I athlete, Paige brings the same drive, discipline, and team spirit that fueled her athletic career to leading Union Graphics into its next chapter.  

Under Paige’s leadership, we continue to honor the family’s legacy while evolving to meet the needs of a fast-paced, mission-driven industry. Union Graphics remains committed to supporting unions, upholding the highest standards in safety and sustainability, and delivering printing solutions with precision, care, and purpose.
